The Springs at Rebecca Creek is an appealing, family-focused community located in Spring Branch, Texas, just northwest of Canyon Lake in a beautiful hill country setting. We are situated in the northwestern section of Comal County near the mouth of Rebecca Creek which flows into the Guadalupe River and about 25 miles northwest of the county seat of New Braunfels, Texas.
The Rebecca Creek area was settled in 1854 when Joachim Pantermuehl settled on the Charles Murhard tract. The community and creek were named for the wife of Jacob de Cordova who surveyed the area in the late 1840's.
Properties of the Southwest began developing our subdivision in 1991 and created a mandatory property owners association. Management of the association was turned over to the property owners in 1992.
