MANAGEMENT

Management and oversight of THE SPRINGS AT REBECCA CREEK is vested in a 3-member Board of Directors, elected by the General Membership.  Each director serves a term of 3 years.

Day-to-day operation of THE SPRINGS AT REBECCA CREEK is handled by the Corporate Officers, consisting of the President, Vice-President, Secretary, and Treasurer.  Officers are appointed by the Board of Directors for a term of 2 years.

In addition, we have two (2) standing committees: Architectural Control Committee and Code Compliance Committee.  Each committee consists of 3 members who serve a term of 3 years and are elected by the General Membership.
